How I started as a

After graduating from Baylor University with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Real Estate, Sue Ellen earned her CPA license and was an accountant before staying home to raise her family. After living away from Texas for many years, Sue Ellen moved back to Salado in 1998 and has been an active agent for over 25 years.

Her listing-focused approach combines thoughtful pricing, effective marketing, strong negotiation, and attentive guidance from the initial consultation through closing, with additional expertise in luxury homes, golf course properties, small acreage properties, inherited properties, downsizers, and senior relocation.

Throughout her career, Sue Ellen has closed approximately 500 transactions representing more than $145 million in total career sales volume, primarily specializing in representing sellers.
