Hello, I'm Beverly Wallace

Beverly Wallace was born and raised in Houston, Texas, despite most of her extended family living in Gatesville. In hopes of finding employment Post-World War II, Beverly’s parents had moved away from their very large families in Gatesville, and longed to return. Beverly attended Broadway Baptist School in Houston from the age of 2 to graduating 12th grade as Salutatorian. She married her high school sweetheart, Frank Wallace, shortly after high school graduation. Two years later they welcomed their first child, Beau, and two years after that came their son, Miles.

Wanting to raise their sons in a smaller town and be near to family, when Beverly’s parents retired and returned to Gatesville, Beverly and Frank seized the opportunity, and the Wallace Party of 4 moved to Gatesville as well. After a few years, they came upon Salado, where they implanted themselves in a wonderful church home, built a deeply loved circle of friends, and found great schools for their boys. Beau and Miles are now adults with successful careers.

How I started as a

Busines Owner & Real Estate Broker

Beverly was a professional educator for 16 years with most of those days dedicated to teaching secondary math. Using those math skills, she transitioned into Real Estate Appraisal. Under her business, Wallace Appraisals, she earned the designation of State Certified General Appraiser, the highest level an appraiser can be. After some time, a passion for photography led her in a different direction, becoming the proprietor of Image Photography. She managed a staff of 10, with several large accounts and a growing clientele base.

Even with a successful business, the call back to the world of Real Estate was too loud. She received her Real Estate Sales Agent License in 2015 and joined the CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett Family. Since then, she has earned the designation of Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative. Her lifelong experience with education, appraisal, and photography/marketing have been keys to her tremendous success.

Community

Beverly and her family are involved with the Salado community in various ways, the most notable being at First Baptist Church, where Frank is on the pastoral staff. Beverly has a leadership role in her adult Bible Study and is a mentor from teaching and coaching Bible Drill for children. Being able to connect with people of all walks and ages is integral to her personal and professional life.

Family & Recreation

Raising their two boys, the Wallace Party of 4 spent vacations traveling the country and seeing many national parks, monuments, and landmarks, giving their boys memorable, educational, and fun experiences. Being huge baseball fans, they later added visiting most MLB Parks to the list. Since then, Beau has given them a wonderful Daughter-in-Love, Christy, and 3 rowdy and fun grandsons – Levi, Camden, and Blake. Miles has proudly given them a grand-dog named Jax.

Though the Wallace Party of 4 has fully grown, the Wallace Party of More Than 4 has not stopped adventuring. Recently, they have enjoyed skydiving, NASCAR ride-a-longs, escape rooms, scavenger hunts, among many other adventures. Frank and Beverly have been to all 50 states, more than 40 countries, and don’t plan to stop traveling anytime soon
