            ☑️ PEN + NOTEBOOK: A designated space to track your thoughts, likes/dislikes, dimensions, etc. is so helpful in keeping everything straight, especially when you’re looking at several different homes.
            ☑️ LASER MEASURE TOOL: So much easier than a tape measure for room dimensions.
            ☑️ GOOD SHOES: Wear walking shoes to showings so you can get a good look around the yard or acreage.
            ☑️ WATER: Stay hydrated during long days of showings. Get a big cup of ice water or chilled bottled water — you’ll need it out here in the Texas summer!
