Paul grew up on his family farm near Holland, Texas, and has been a lifelong resident of Bell County. Paul has been involved with farming, ranching, and rural agricultural real estate all his life, beginning his full-time efforts as a farmer and rancher in Central Texas in 1991. His interest in real estate came from that background, as he learned to evaluate production value versus price of properties leased and purchased for his farming and ranching operation. Paul began to further broaden and develop his expertise when he started buying and selling properties solely as investments and income-producing property.

How I started as a

Realtor® & Business Owner

Paul earned his real estate license and became a sales associate at CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett in 2006. He has been involved in all aspects of construction on his own investment properties and has represented builders and property developers throughout the platting and subdivision process, all the way to completed new construction sales. This has given him valuable experience dealing with surveyors, engineers, and county and city governments.

Paul is one of only seven agents in Bell County to hold the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, and has held this designation since 2010, reflecting his specialized knowledge of land transactions.

Today, Paul helps buyers and sellers of farm and ranch properties, small and large acreage, commercial real estate, income-producing property, land development and new-construction homes, and residential real estate. He primarily serves Salado and the surrounding area, including Bell, Williamson, Falls, Milam, McLennan, and Coryell Counties.

Community

Service in the community is especially important to him, volunteering his time and energy in several places. Paul served 12 years on the board of directors for a local rural water corporation, Armstrong Water Supply. Paul has enjoyed serving his church in several capacities in the young men’s program and as a leader in elder’s quorum. This has opened the door to many other service opportunities. Working with the Boy Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanities, and the Just Serve organization are but a few examples.

Family & Recreation

Paul lives in Salado with his wife. They enjoy visiting their three grown children and two grandchildren, outdoor adventures & activities, and working on their ranch. When it’s just too hot for any of those, they can be found at the movies or hanging out in the pool or on the lake.

Their family is continually active in their church, school, and community. They truly enjoy the great small town Texas lifestyle Salado has to offer.
