Paul grew up on his family farm near Holland, Texas, and has been a lifelong resident of Bell County. Paul has been involved with farming, ranching, and rural agricultural real estate all his life. Paul began his full-time efforts as a farmer and rancher in Central Texas in 1991. His interest in real estate came from that background, learning to evaluate production value vs. price of properties leased and purchased for his farming and ranching operation. Paul began to develop a more detailed process as he started buying and selling properties solely as investments and income-producing property.

Paul earned a real estate license in 2006 and became a sales associate at CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett in Salado, Texas. Paul has been involved in all aspects of construction on his own investment properties and has represented builders and property developers throughout the platting and subdivision process all the way to completed new construction sales. This has given him valuable experience dealing with surveyors, engineers, and county and city governments.
In the time Paul has been with CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett, he has worked hard to set himself apart as a go-to agent for land throughout Bell County and the surrounding area. Paul has earned the CENTURY 21 Ruby, Diamond, and Centurion Awards along with the Quality Service award several years in a row. The majority of his sales have been land sales and Paul continues to focus on this market.
Paul is a member of the Realtors Land Institute and holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. Obtaining the ALC designation requires the successful completion of a rigorous education program and a proven track record of transaction performance as a land sales professional.
Service in the community is especially important to him, volunteering his time and energy in several places. Paul served 12 years on the board of directors for a local rural water corporation, Armstrong Water Supply. Paul has enjoyed serving his church in several capacities in the young men’s program and as a leader in elder’s quorum. This has opened the door to many other service opportunities. Working with the Boy Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanities, and the Just Serve organization are but a few examples.
Paul lives near Salado with his wife and their three children. They enjoy attending their kids’ ball games, riding four wheelers, shooting, hunting, and working on their ranch. When it’s just too hot for any of those, they can be found at the movies or hanging out in the pool or on the lake.
Their family is continually active in their church, school, and community. They truly enjoy the great small town Texas lifestyle Salado has to offer.
