Bill Bartlett started this legacy of a company in 1973 as Bill Bartlett Real Estate. Leaving behind his career in life insurance with Farm Bureau in Brownwood, Texas, he sought to build something for himself and his family, closer to where he was raised. He found an office in Belton and opened its doors as its newfound proprietor. He would later reminisce this choice as the second best decision he ever made in his life, his first: marrying Ruth.
Since that bold decision to leave a promising career to start a business and jump feet first into Real Estate, our company has prospered. We moved our office from Belton to Salado in 1982 and joined Century 21 in 1992, becoming what we're known today. Throughout the years, our integrity and intense desire to better our community have shaped every decision we've made, allowing us to garner the reputation and respect needed to succeed.

Many offices compete amongst themselves, producing a toxic environment to the detriment of the client. Not Here! We work fantastically with our clients, other brokerages, and ourselves. (besides, we have to see each other at Thanksgiving!)
