Temple, Texas, is a city of over 79,000, resting to the southwest of Dallas and northwest of Houston. Known as a medical hub, Temple is home to Baylor Scott and White Memorial Hospital and the Veteran’s Hospital. Additionally, several clinics and the Texas A&M campus contributes to this hub.

Temple is approximately 30 miles from Fort Hood, the 3rd largest military base in the United States. Fort Hood’s proximity to Temple provides many opportunities for Central Texas and makes an easy commute for military personnel or defense personnel.
