This past week, our office and all five agents received their awards from CENTURY 21® for their successes in 2022. These trophies are a tangible reminder of the hard work and goals achieved this past year, and a visual reminder of the amazing clients, community, and business associates we have that helped us reach these milestones. We would like to say “thank you” to all!

Agent Honors

Two of our agents, Sue Ellen Slagel and Savannah Hennig, received the CENTURY 21® Masters Diamond Award for their 2022 sales production. Diamond level status is awarded to CENTURY 21® sales affiliates who have met a minimum sales production of $265,000 or 59 closed transaction sides within a calendar year. 

In addition to Masters Diamond, Sue Ellen also received the Quality Service Award. This award recognizes high levels of service to clients. To earn the CENTURY 21® Quality Service Producer award, an agent must receive completed customer surveys for at least 80% of their transactions surveyed from Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, with a minimum of 50% survey return rate and average survey score of at least 90% or better (weighted 40% Performance, 40% Satisfaction and 20% Recommendation).

Our other three agents, Melanie Kirchmeier, Paul Schoenrock, and Beverly Wallace, received CENTURY 21® CENTURION Producer Awards following their 2022 sales success. The CENTURION Producer award honors sales affiliates of the CENTURY 21 System that earn $320,000 in sales production or 71 closed transaction sides within a calendar year.

Office Honors

Our office received the Per Person Productivity Award and Quality Service Pinnacle Award.

CENTURY 21 established the Per Person Productivity Award in 2010 in an effort to recognize those companies with high individual sales production. Sales affiliates must meet [monthly] average production criteria, making them consistent top producers.

The Quality Service Pinnacle Award is an integral part of our company’s commitment to excellence and recognizes CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett’s dedication to making each and every client interaction a positive one. The annual award is based on results from the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Survey (QSS) which is e-mailed to consumers immediately after the purchase or sale of a property. To earn the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award, an independent office must receive completed customer surveys for at least 80 percent of their transactions surveyed from January 1 – December 31, with an average survey score of at least 95 percent or better for two consecutive years.
