We have a secret.....So delicious......it would be sinful not to share it!!

 

Our secret....residing out of State, 1000 plus miles, we purchased a home sight unseen, in Salado, Texas, from CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett.  Buying or selling our property was probably the most important decision we had to make, and we really needed someone who would work hard for us.  We compliment, Valerie Bourque, the agent who handled the transcation for us, both her and the office staff were not only knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, but were just as helpful after the sale! 

We were fortunate to meet Melanie Kirchmeier.  She very patiently showed us homes for almost a year.  She understood what we were looking for and if something became available put it on our list to see.  We had little intentions to buy at this time.  When we saw the home in Mill Creek it was not a hard decision to make a move.  Melanie guided us through the whole process to a satisfactory closing.  The personal attention you get from your real estate agent really sets your company apart.  There isn't we can recommend to improve.  Keep the high standards and work ethics you have going.
