Ann Carroll has lived in the Bell County area for the last 28 years.    Ann grew up in the Orlando, Florida, area; attended high school there and then attended college in Villanova, PA.

Ann is active in Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS®, having served on the Friends Feedings Friends committee and the Public Relations Committee.    She is currently serving on the Board of Directors.  Ann is also active in the Salado community working with the Ladies Auxiliary and is active in her church.

Ann is married to Jeff Carroll.  Jeff is a Sales Manager for Mrs. Bairds’ Bakeries.  Ann and Jeff have three children, Dana Baugh, Stacey Carroll and Greg Carroll.  Dana and her husband Brad live out of state where Brad practices medicine.  They are the parents of Ann’s two beautiful grandchildren, Beth and Will.  Stacey lives in the Fort Worth area where she works as a Child Life Specialist at Cook Children’s Hospital.  Greg lives in Chicago where he works in public relations with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Ann is a graduate of Star Power University’s Buyer Specialist Program and the Floyd Wickman Program where she received the Shining Star award in 2000.  She received her GRI designation as well as the e-PRO designation in 2006.  She is a member of two Multiple Listing Services; Temple-Belton and Killeen (Fort Hood).  Ann is a multi-million dollar producer and would like to help you with any of your real estate needs at anytime.  She invites you to give her a call.
